Cortez Allen’s Grove on Cadman’s Neck was the location of Westport Camp Meeting Association where the various churches of Westport enjoyed annual four-day revival meetings as part of a nationally popular evangelical movement. The original tents gave way to these small cottagaes similar to those on Martha’s Vineyard.
